• We sell sports trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, and related items, including single cards and sealed boxes/packs.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Condition, grading, and packaging may vary and will be described on the product page where relevant.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

• Adding items to your basket does not reserve stock.
• Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it (forming a binding contract) when we send a confirmation email.
• We will notify you if any item you have ordered is unavailable.

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely via Revolut. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch; you will be offered the corrected price or a full refund.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full.

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, for a full refund (excluding standard delivery cost).
• This right does not apply to sealed products where the seal has been broken after delivery (where sealing was for health/hygiene or authenticity reasons), or personalised items.
• To cancel, contact us at Drewettbreaks@outlook.com within 14 days. Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, in original condition, at your cost unless faulty.

• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.
• If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at Drewettbreaks@outlook.com within a reasonable time with photographic evidence, and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
• For graded/authenticated cards, please note: [ANY GRADING-SPECIFIC TERMS, e.g. third-party grading company liability disclaimers].

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
